Psychological fatigue is an early-warning system: something is wrong. It can be cured -- but not by resting

Failure is probably the most fatiguing experience a person ever has.

There is nothing more enervating than not succeeding-being blocked,not moving ahead.

It is a vicious circle.Failure breeds fatigue,and the fatigue makes it harder to get to work,which,compounds the failure.

2 main tiredness
1) Start-up fatigue
2) Performance fatigue

In the former case, we keep putting off a task that we are under some compulsion to discharge,

either because it is too tedious or too difficult, we shirk it. And the longer we postpone it,

the more tired we feel.

1) Start-up fatigue
The remedy is obvious, though perhaps not easy to apply: an exertion of willpower.

The moment I find myself turning away from a job, or putting it under a pile of other

things I have to do, I clear my desk of everything else and attack the objectionable item

first. To prevent start-up fatigue, always tackle the most difficult job first.

2) Performance fatigue (more difficult to handle)
Here we are not reluctant to get started, but we cannot seem to do the job right.

Its difficulties appear insurmountable and, however hard we work,

we fail again and again. That mounting experience of failure carries

with it an ever-increasing burden of mental fatigue.

In such a situation, I work as hard as I can -- then let the unconscious take over.

Success was now as exhilarating as failure had been depressing.

I was experiencing the joy of what psychologists today call "flow."

Life offers few pleasures more invigorating than the successful exercise of our faculties.

It unleashes energies for additional work.

Doing a job successfully means doing whatever is necessary&emdash;and that includes winning the cooperation of others.

Confession-Lazy

Currently, I keep on searching more about the Reformed evangelical movement.
As I keep on surfing the net, then I realise how lazy am I ,do not really use my heart and brain
to filter what info or things that I am doing now.

Because of this, my spiritual life did not growth,reluctant to read the bible thoroughly.
罗马书12章2节且说：「不要效法这个世界，只要心意更新而变化，叫你们察验何为神的善良、纯全、可喜悦的旨意。」
I thought if I do this and that, then my Lord would happy but He isn't.

Conclusions:
若不思想、不学习，追求圣洁，就会辜负主所赐给我的，一切都徒然。

Maturity

What is maturity ? the state of being mature ,ripeness.

Sometimes, I ask myself whether my behaviour show I am childish.

Then , recently sometimes happen that really make me think that
the behavior is really childish.

Maybe, I quote an example :
In a family, suppose father and mother are in love and communicate to each other. But the husband do somethings unexpectedly ,without the knowledge of his wife. Then, the third party aware of it, quickly tell the truth to his wife. Then the wife has no choice and make the choice to buy the sold house and car for future benefit.

As a third parties, what would be your view point for the workdone by the husband and the wife.

This remind me again,the word of god.In 1 Corinthians 13 ,Paul wrote about the meaning of Love.

Love suffers long and is kind;Love does not envy;love does not parade itself,is not puffed up,does not behave rudely,does not seek its own,is not provoked,thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity,endures all things. Love never fails.But whether there are prophecies,they will fail;whether there are tongues,they will cease;whether there is knowledge,it will vanish away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part.But when that which is perfect has come,then that which is in part will be donw away.

When I was a child,I spoke as a child,I understood as a child, I thought as a child;but when I became a man,I put away childish things.
For now then I shall know just as I also am known.
And now abide faith,hope,love,these three ; but the greatest of these is Love.

Wish I could observe ,interpret and apply what had learn from the bible.

近日不断胡思乱想，当看到别人的幸福，快乐时，心中不禁地妒忌起来。

一直后悔为何当初。。。。。。

不然自己也有如此的幸福。

除此以外，也将一些责任推给别人。。。。。。

不停的寻找证据，以便日后可以对付了。
心中不禁地问：‘难道上帝看不见我的苦难，视而不见吗？’

但有一个声音对我说：‘请你抬起头看看，看下天空的云彩与彩虹，

这些都是为你而造。为何不开口赞美，而一直执著地埋怨；

何不好好地读我的话语，让我的灵与爱充满你的心。’

当我依照的做时，心中的埋怨，妒忌不在缠绕着我的心。心中的重担突然变的轻松起来。

原来最好的事情和东西一直都在自己的身边，只是我不察觉而已。

多一点与主交通，主必用奇妙奥秘的爱与方法，来安慰我们。

因为神是信实可靠，永不改变。感恩主一直都再看顾我。

许多時候，我們裡面起了一個聲音，自己不知道這聲音究竟是出乎神的呢，還是出乎自己的。

在這種情形之下，我們還是不動的好。

如果這是出乎神的，神必給我們充足的證據來證實這是出乎祂的，叫我們絲毫沒有疑惑的可能。

神喜歡我們照著祂的心意行事。所以我們不可輕舉妄動，以致違反了祂的心意。

神的手指所點的道路，神的手必去預備你不要說你要做什麼、你不要做什麼；
你只要求神叫你看見祂所為你選擇的是那一條路。

如果道路還未顯明，這就是說：現在還沒有行動的需要；你站在你現在所站的地位上，神是負全責的。

但保惠师，就是父因我的命所要差来的圣灵，
他要将一切的事指教你们，并且要叫你们想起我对你们所说的一切话.(约14：26）

Reading & Writing assignments,seem like many college students all struggling about.

Sound easy,but when ask to do it...find it difficult to start.

However, once you find the lubricants to start, then the more smooth you could do it.

I wish to share it and also as a reminder to myself also.

1. Read the table of content.
Scan & glance all the headings,at least get the rough idea about the book.
2. Is time to read the book.
Read with a highlighter ,and mark up your readings.
3. After that, you might need to re-read. This time notice all the highlighting.
4. Notice the key words (actually are a few). With these key words, would help you to understand what is in the book

5. Now, the most difficult part & the most important part.

Must Decide –how many pages to summarises ? WHICH sections to summarize.

The writer suggest that take a glance of the book (flip through the pages), then take a walk,or some ‘no-brainer’.

Ask yourself : By using 5W,1H (What,Where,When,Why,Which,How) Imagine that you have ask to prepare to teach in Sunday School? How many hours do I want to devote to teach this course ? and what do I want to cover during each hour ?

Imagine that you have a listener (a class), or a reader for what you
write. What do YOU want to tell them?

Many might said that you are copying. Actually is not.
There is a reason, a purpose, behind this assignment

The purpose is: you need to DIGEST,
INTERNALIZE what you read; then DECIDE for yourself the SIGNIFICANCE of what you have read; then DECIDE for yourself, which sections to summarize, and WHY you
choose these sections/pages.

How to have a dating relationship in His way, which I have find below article(summary) is really useful .

God wants the best for us in every area of our lives.
This includes relationships with boyfriends or girlfriends.

We should date for fun, friendship, personality development and selection of a mate, not to be popular or for security.

Don't allow peer pressure to force you into dating situations that are not appropriate.

1. Guard your heart .

The Bible tells us to be very careful about giving our affections, because our heart influences everything else in our life.

Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life (Proverbs 4:23).

2. You are known by the company you keep.

We also tend to become like the company we keep. This principle is closely related to the first one and is just as important in friendships as in dating.

Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character (1 Corinthians 15:33).

3. Christians should only date other Christian.

Although it is fine for Christians to have non-Christian friends, those who are especially close to our heart should be mature believers who are seeking to follow Christ with their lives.

Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14).

4. Is It really love ?

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 defines real love. Ask yourself these questions:
• Are you patient with each other?
• Are you kind to each other?
• Are you never envious of each other?
• Do you never boast to or about each other?
• Is your relationship characterized by humility?
• Are you never rude to each other?
• Are you not self-seeking?
• Are you not easily angered with each other?
• Do you keep no record of wrongs?
• Are you truthful with each other?
• Do you protect each other?
• Do you trust each other?

If you answered “yes” to the above questions, then 1 Corinthians 13 says that you truly have a loving relationship

这几天来，听见台湾的灾情，失去家园，以及大马 A型流感日益严重，陰影籠罩，弟兄姐妹们的身体不适，有些得了病疾感染入院。

不禁地问上帝，为何允许这些事发生。我可以做些什么呢？好像除了祷告以外，看来别无他法

禱告有用嗎？有用嗎？有。約翰在啟示錄8：1-5記載了一幕情景，讓我們看見了我們的禱告和天堂之間的關連。

有一位天使拿着金香炉，站在祭坛上，有许多香赐给他，要和众圣徒的祈祷（祷告）献上；
随后有雷，闪电，地震。

禱告會影響世界嗎？是的。
禱告的人是神國最終能勝利，最不可缺少的特務人員。

但願每個國家都有這樣禱告的人。

可能因信耶稣久了，世俗的忙碌，导致对属灵的事情漠不关心。或是不懂向别人谈论福音。

问题是有许多障碍，有些是无可避免，但有些是庸人自扰。

1）不信的本质 -Many people though without God, they still can live ;

not only believe themselves no need God ,but against God.

2) 基督徒的策略 - 1 Peter 3:1-3,mentioned that christian's behavior is

more powerful than word,speak out loud.

3) 关系不深- Sometimes face non-believer,dont know what to say .

Probably the reason : we seldom spend time with them,

we are more focus to have good relationship with Christians .

However , The word become Flesh (Jesus Christ) live out the example for us, He follow God time,go out of comfort zone,come to earth to save miserable people .

4) 知识贫乏-Afraid of failure, but this is not an excuse not to share gospel to others, God just want us to share what we know,testified what we had experiences

5)心有旁骛-的确，唯物主义，过于迷恋物质，会使我们对永生之事感到麻木。

Revelation :2:4-5: Yet I hold this against you : You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen ! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent , I will come to you and remove your lamp stand from its place.

回想 -Before you being saved, then what is happen after knowing Him .Thinking back how you from worry to joyful,fear become peaceful, from grumbling to appreciate

Just come back from Taipei, these few day still on thinking the moment that we had ....

What can be concluded this journey : rewarding and excited ,rejoice

Really is a wonderful and excited journey, because we (team ) do not know what is ahead of us, the challenging task , not much preparation , what to say , but God really understand our fear and anxiety, he keep his promise.

Act 1:8-But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria , and to the ends of the Earth.

When we are willing to step out (with Holy Spirit initial ) to
testify How God work on ourself, His salvation , His Love ,He already prepare
their heart , after sharing, They are willing to admit they are sinnful person
and submit their live to Jesus Christ .

Although we are all tired, but we are rejoice because one more person is being saved by Jesus, praise to our Glorious Lord..

Luke 15:10-In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents .

Learn that not because how talent ,skill we use, is He already done all, we are able to witness His work and experience His presence .

With this experiences , really help me ,motivate me, to put faith totally 100% to Him,without doubt , because in Him ,nothing is impossible .

当读到这篇文章时，心中不禁回想以前中学的时候，很想把心里的感觉对他表示，但碍于自己的自卑感，一直藏在，甚至忘了，直到看到这篇文章，令我想起。。。

世界上只有兩种可以稱之為浪漫的情感，

4. Independent Learn to work independently.

Learn to work with minimal supervision. When you can work independently, it allows your boss to concentrate on other things. But remember to always update your boss on what and how you are doing. Working independently as part of positive work behaviors will help you in moving up the corporate ladder.

5. Ignite

Take the initiative to start something. It does not always have to be work oriented. It can be something fun or informal. For example, if you know some of your colleagues enjoy exploring different restaurants, why not start a group that does it after work Fridays? When you are a positive ignition, you can move up the corporate ladder quickly.

6. Interest Show interest in your company’s initiatives.

Be an interested party in things involving your department.. As part of positive work behaviors, show interest in these initiatives. Give it a chance and support them. Do not send signals that your bosses see you as being merely contented as being a passenger of the company. That doesn’t help in your plan of moving up the corporate ladder.

7. Intangible

Do not always focus on the tangible benefits when working. There are a lot of values in doing things that at the moment does not seem to benefit you. For example, helping a colleague on a project. Volunteering to cover for someone who’s sick. These may not have immediate tangible benefits but in the long run, helps you in moving up the corporate ladder.

8. Integrity

This positive work behavior means to have a sound moral character. Practiced at its most basic level for a career newbies, it can be as simple as not talking bad about a colleague and gossiping. Do not be drawn into wrong doings like cutting corners. Be honest in your dealings with colleagues, clients, business partners and suppliers.

You need not have an evil plan when thinking about moving up the corporate ladder. Cliché as it maybe, the cunning plans makes you fall off the corporate ladder faster than you can climb it.

Today Mr Wong En De ,a young pastor with spriritual and passion about His work,have came to our church to share the Love of Him, and his ministry to the society.

In the mean time, he shared the word ''CROSS'' to us,as remind us to take care people around us,our parents,relatives,friends, colleagues, do not keep saying too busy to take care a person.

This is because this is an order of Jesus Christ . Do not too focus about what you have, take care about others need, share and spend time listen to them. As time passed, it sure will show the result. ....

He shared that the meaning of CROSS is derived as below

In recent CNN interview, he mentioned lot of media try to do make scandal towards him,but he is not being influence by them , that what I really lack of. Keep focusing what I am believe. During the interview, he has a word to younger, Be yourself, be originality, do not be a Copycat.

Wah, he show and lead as a good example, he always keep thinking what to do next, rather spend all the time keep thinking about the past. As time passed, become more mature, build leadership skill, own a company, getting involved in much area like acting, movie, directing, learn language- Japanese, as an orchestra conductor. Now he wishes to do a Chinese Musical drama of his own. Did not fix himself just be a singer.

Me? I should change myself, do not procrastinate.

Thanks you very much, that you love me first, teach me what is Love,

you is Love. Only from you, I am alive. Whatever I do , should be glorify your name. Be myself who you made me of , follow your ultimate will ,your plan, You is the person behind the scene.

Learn as a tutor

The first day ofteaching, actually not that formal ,is just as a tutor ,to guide little children while reading via a series of selected book -Laby birds with controlled vocabulary which according to age.Nowaday kids are very fortunate ,have people to guide while reading . I was wandering why at my times don't have this precious moments....y ?

wah......a bit nervous,I could heard my heart beats .I do not have much preparation, I always wait until last minute.....Need to change,how could I be a good tutor.

A bit excited that slowly my dream will realise......hoho......at least get prepared first.....

During class, I keep follow the manual, guideline prepared by Leader ......in the mean time, also skip some of the assessment ......only realize when my sister ask about how the class go on.....oh no.

The first day, only 1 student ,suppose have 2 le,never mind la, one to one, easy to handle . However ,feel bit worry whether he understand what I mean.I think that I am like a tuition teacher rather than a Tutor to guide ,inspire the reading habit . Next session , I should have make some fun,interest ingredients into it.....or else he will soon get bored.

Searching for a teaching quote to insist me .I think is a very good, not only for teaching also for my learning,to share to one another. I should have also keep remember this quote from Sir Mark Twains - '' It is noble to teach oneself, but still nobler to reach others ''. I not wish to become noble person, but a person who have some contribution to others .

Erm, probably should relax myself in the next session, my duty is helping

my students to love study , reading book, inspire their confidence ,so that

in future while there is needs ,they will go to library to search for book to

seek the Truth .

A Rest day to me

Rest day-mean so much to me, a day for me to mediate ,thinking what to do, I have time for daydreaming......haha.....a day could slow down my pace......

Spend my time to surf net,other people blog,hope to get inspiration from other,explore the world.....I always wish to.In the mean time ,listening to music-李宇春-用爱点燃了希望。beauty voices,soulful sing out the meaning of Love.

Like this phase "'把诚心的祝福化成力量''. Really hope to live out this way, change what ever anger,presure to become good things,power to bless others people.
Not matter what will happen, how bad is the situation, I can always rely on Him,he will use his gracious love to guide me along the way.......

Probably when getting older.......a lot of things need to do.......My mum keep advising me to take a rest for myself.......although she didnot speakout....but I can feel that she really take care about me,I am so glad I have a mother like her......wish to say a word to her-Mum, I love you....sorry if I have did & say something hurt you.I try my every effort to change myself to become better person.

Happy Labour day

During Labour Day, no work, spend most of my time with my family.

Early in the morning, we went to Metropolitan Park near Kepong,

jogging there,I really excited as I have not been exercising for a

long time .....really really long about 6 months since busy with my schedule.....

I really try to walk by my own without anyone accompany me, I keep repeat the same mind in my heart........''just move on,donot think so much'' .......then half and hour ......I only realise I run half of the park..wah ......feeling good about myself......I also take some nice picture.....really admire the creation of god.....

Probably because I have made the decision.....really feel relief....find my self back......the true me.....

Counting the time to realise

As start decide to go. Many things start to happen around me, I dont know why,those I afraid will be obstales to move forward become dissappear, remain is me only,whether believe or not .

Bible stated :But seek first his kingdom and his righteous,and all these things will be given to you as well.Matthew 6:33....This versus really provide a promise to me....

What ever my dreams, my career, my family, my attitude should move direct toward him, not this pagan world.

Have attended a seminar to discuss & study abt the "B minor in Mass'' by composer JB Bach in Barbaque- 1600-1700.

Speaker-Elaine Pao's teacher shared to us on the history or background of this Mass, also a lot of deep thinking from this music itself. Really get amazed by his gifted talent to write this pieces,of course is the One who behind the scenes,but he really stand firm to protect his integrity, & his believe at the end of his life ,many younger dislike his ''old''way of rigid music arrangement. He treat music & theology is one, is not separate items,as God is the creator of music. Music is for us to express our praise to Him, as he understand our needs & feelings to him.

Then a question come to my mind.....what can I done to glofied His name, what things can I done to bring benefit to others.....this really keep in my mind, should let this become my objective to driven the purpose of my life.

My dreams will be more towards to Him, as his is my heavenly father,without His's gracious love,I still in darkness,miserable in my own path.....He will lead me always......

My dreams to ship will be come true, many things need to be done,a lot of preparation need to be ready,my heart , my mind.....

I should have surrender all this on His powerful hand, as He will

take care for me at all the time......thanks you so much.....

Why have this decision ?

Probably because I have wishes to travel around the world, also
intend to join evanglisme. However for the pass few years, I still searching is there mission trip combine both of them together.....now get to know this ship on the seminar around this right time......feel like this is just nice to you, start believe God has plan this for me......Book ......Travel ......& with foreigner....hope to get to learn their culture.....as has been admired for that since small .....

In the mean time ,wish to give myself a chance to open up alternative instead of just studying & working......my friends also said probably will meet my prince.....aiyo, not thinking of that, the most important thing is my life is get to know Him well, others not that really matter....

First time start blogging

Feel a bit nervous as need to write things on my blog ,to post so that other to know more about me. Feel a bit happy that I take the intial step to do that, a small change......make a big different ....

Let talk the first impression for me about blog, previously I thought person who write blog is to get to seek ''relationship'' ,which I still waiting for that ..haha....but believe the lucky one will show up himself at right time.....

This year that I so eagerly to wish to change myself,probably being initiate by Obama's elections is USA, the slogan '' Change ''.Also this would be my objective to breakthrough, in many areas, to be more open with people, to take every opportunity to learn to grow.

In a special opportunity , I get to know that blog is the personal diary, to share thought, is a tools could be use for missionary purpose, as I wish I could involve more on. The purpose that driven me walk through so far. Thanks that this hidden dreams is being reminded, that strike me to take action to write blog.

I try learn to write blog & to make my blog more interesting to read,share my opinion on things about this world.
